The BLC entered into partnership with the Institute of Continuing Education between 1996- 2010 to offer the Diploma course to other universities in Central and Eastern Europe

 


Courses were held in universities in Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
