Fees: Amount to Pay

The fee level differs according to (i) the date on which you make payment and (ii) whether or not you are a “current student”.

  • The date of payment (Earlybird fee reduction)

Anyone who pays at least 50% of their course fees by 31 July 2021 is entitled to a reduction of the standard fee (the Earlybird fee reduction), as indicated below. Anyone who pays after that date is required to pay the standard fee (but may still split the fee into installments if so desired –see instructions below).

Student/Non-student

Early-Bird fee

(applies if fees paid by 31 July)

Standard Fee

(applies if fees paid after 31 July)

Full-time student* €500 €599
Non-student €700 €799

  • The participant’s status (Student/Non-Student)

Full-time students* pay a lower fee. For the purposes of the JAS fees, the definition of a full-time student includes anyone currently registered as full-time students at a higher education institution (inc. undergraduate/postgraduate/Ph.D students). If paying the student fee, please upload proof of student status below (e.g. a PDF/JPEG attachment of your student ID card)

Fees: Paying by Installments

Possibility of Instalment Payments

It is possible to split JAS fees into two equal instalments. Anyone wishing to do so must complete the Fees Instalment Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the following rules apply:

Instalment 1 – 50% of course fees to be paid by no later than 31 July 2021

Instalment 2 – 50% of course fees to be paid by no later than 28 February 2022

Remember: Anyone wishing to pay the reduced “early-bird fee” must pay at least 50% of their fees by 31 July 2021.

Once you have complete the instalment agreement, please upload it here:
