The BLC would like to ensure that barriers to participation in the DELLS course are eliminated or reduced to the greatest extent possible for those Ukrainians who have had their lives disrupted by Russia’s full-scale, unlawful invasion of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Please see below for details of the British Law Centre policy on special conditions for admission to the Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills (\u2018DELLS\u2019), for the benefit of applicants affected by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

To benefit from the BLC Ukraine Assisted Admissions Policy, you must:<\/p>\n

1. Be a Ukrainian national, and<\/li>\n
2. Reside in Ukraine, or<\/li>\n
3. Have left your Ukrainian residence due to the expanded Russian invasion of 24^{th<\/sup> February 2022<\/li>\n}
4. Any applicant making an application under the Policy may be asked to supply reasonable evidence of fulfilling the conditions above. In light of the circumstances, any reasonable way of establishing satisfaction of these conditions that is available to the applicant will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   The BLC would like to ensure that barriers to participation in the DELLS course are eliminated or reduced to the greatest extent possible for those Ukrainians who have had their lives disrupted by the Russian aggression of 2022.<\/p>\n

   In the interests of using the BLC\u2019s available teaching and administrative capacity to help in at least some way as many applicants affected by these events as possible, we apply the following fee structure to applications covered by the support system:<\/p>\n

   Total fees payable for DELLS 2024-2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

   EUR 200<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

   Non-students<\/td>\n

As such, teaching will take place virtually in the meantime, with several timetable options to choose from, which you can find here<\/a> .It may also be the case that some applicants are currently residing in countries where we offer the diploma in a hybrid format, and who may wish to join the in-person lessons at that centre.
