Outcomes

A practical, case-study methodology helps participants to learn the law whilst advising fictional clients on a range of realistic commercial issues (e.g. concluding contracts, protecting IP rights, raising finance etc.). This is an effective and interesting  way to strengthen problem-solving skills in complex contexts.

Fees

The fee level differs depending upon whether or not the participant is a full-time student. This means someone who is registered as such at a higher-education institution (i.e. University), whether as an undergraduate or postgraduate (inc. Ph.D) student. It does not apply to people who are enrolled in a part-time educational course whilst working.

Resources

On the CLD you will enjoy online access to materials prepared by experienced legal educators and practitioners, including: summaries of the law, updates on legal developments, commentaries in areas of key commercial importance, and video and audio recordings from renowned scholars and leading practitioners.
