On 26 March 2018, Professor Lionel Bently gave a guest lecture at the Law Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University Poznan, titled: ‘Claims, Notice and Property Definition in the Law of Trade Marks’.
The lecture, co-organised with the British Law Centre, was followed by the final in a series of moot court legal workshops on trademark law. Professor Bently is the Herschel Smith Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Cambridge, and is a respected authority in the field of IP law across the world.
