As part of our commitment to educating law students on the practical aspects of the English legal system, the British Law Centre has teamed up with Blackstone Chambers to offer a 3-day “mini-pupillage” (a form of short internship) for one outstanding BLC student. The successful student must be available to undertake the internship over three consecutive days with Kieron Beal QC.

Blackstone Chambers has a well-deserved reputation as the preeminent chambers for public law, EU law, commercial law, judicial review, and civil liberties work, and is located in the Temple District of central London. The successful candidate for the internship will sit in Chambers with one or more barristers and get an insight into the daily work of London advocates, which may include legal research, court appearances and client conferences.

Unfortunately, the “mini-pupillage” is self-funded, and no BLC or Blackstone funding will be available for the trip.

If you are a current BLC student, and you have an outstanding academic record, please complete the application form before 20 March 2020.
