2022-2023 Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills in Kyiv
The 1-year Diploma in English Law and Legal Skills provides participants with a wide range of English substantive law and core legal skills. The core substantive law elements of the course include:
- English legal system
- Contract law
- Tort law
- Equity and the law of trusts
The core practical legal skills taught on the course include:
- Interviewing and advising clients
- Case analysis and trial strategies
- Oral and written advocacy
- Negotiation and contract drafting
- Preparing CVs and interview skills

It is possible to split fee payments into two equal instalments:
- First Payment of €200 – payable within 14 days of being accepted onto the Diploma Course
- Second Payment – payable by 31 October
- Third Payment – payable by 28 February
NB. Anyone wishing to benefit from the reduced “early-bird fee” must pay 200€ by 30 June.

Core English law taught by UK legal practitioners and academics
Over 100 hours of pre-recorded lectures to watch (self-study)
4-hour (small-group) monthly classes for 8 months (32 hours in total)
Additional legal skills training (minimum 10 hours in total)
Specially-prepared written materials and legal skills exercises
