Required consents

To confirm your place on the DELLS Course, you must tick each of the boxes below.
I confirm that all of the information that I have provided to the British Law Centre to date as part of the recruitment process for the 2026–2027 Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills (“Recruitment Information”) remains valid and that I have been provided with an email copy of my Recruitment Information. If any changes occur to my Recruitment Information, I will promptly inform the BLC of this by emailing diploma@britishlawcentre.co.uk
I confirm that, when offering me a place on the DELLS Course, the BLC emailed me the following three documents: 1. A copy of the DELLS Course's Terms and Conditions (the "DELLS Regulations"). 2. The BLC's Privacy Policy. 3. A document informing me of my withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). I confirm that I have received, read and understood each of these documents, including the rights they grant me and the obligations they impose on me.
I understand that the DELLS Course is a fee-paying course and that, by accepting a place on the Course, I am entering into a legally binding obligation to pay the applicable Course Fees. I have read and understood the fee levels for the different categories of Participants, as set out in the Course Fees Information, and I agree to pay the Course Fees applicable to my Participant category (e.g., student or non-student, Early Bird or Non-Early Bird, and Ukrainian or Non-Ukrainian, as applicable).
