BLC Lecture Series: Judicial Independence | Some Insight and Perspectives

The British Law Centre, together with the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, is hosting a lecture and Q&A session to launch the CEEMC European Law Moot Court Competition taking place in Wrocław from 21-23 April 2018.
 
During the conference, speakers will include the following Judges and Advocates General of the Court of Justice of the European Union and General Court of the EU:

Advocate General Michal Bobek (Czech Republic)
Judge Krystyna Kowalik-Bańczyk (Poland)
Judge Alexander Kornezov (Bulgaria)
Judge Jan Passer (Czech Republic)
 
The topic of the discussion is Judicial Independence: Some Insight and Perspectives, and is open to anyone interested in EU law, the workings of the Court of Justice and in the rule of law in the European Union.  It will take place in Room 318A at the Faculty, and starts at 16.30.
