Who can benefit the BLC Ukraine Support Policy?
Anyone who is a Ukrainian national who is still residing in Ukraine or who left Ukraine due to the Russia's full-scale invasion (i.e. from 24 February 2022)
How can I prove my eligibility?
We will ask you to provide reasonable evidence that you are eligible. We appreciate that you may lack some documentation and will be flexible.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes - you can choose a payment plan which allows you to pay in up to 4 instalments. See below for details.
Do Ukrainian students get other discounts?
Yes - Ukrainian students get even bigger fee reductions. Click here for details.
When are the payment deadlines?
The payment deadlines vary, depending upon which payment plan you choose. See below for details.
What is the refund policy?
Fee refunds are available within 14 days of you being accepted on to the course.
How do I apply within the scope of the Policy?
Simply complete our regular Application Form and indicate that you are Ukrainian. Â
Which BLC Study Group will I join?
You can choose your study group. If you live in Ukraine, we do not currently deliver in-person classes, so please join one of our Online groups. Alternatively, feel free to join any BLC location where we deliver in-person classes. Some BLC locations charge a Local Fee in addition to our fees. See the centre-specific page for details.

These rates apply if you are Ukrainian and also a full-time Student or a Trainee Lawyer (i.e. studying a vocational course required to become a practising lawyer)
1st instalment
- Pay within 14 days of registration.
2nd instalment
- Pay by 30 October 2026

We offer a range of fee reductions to our Ukrainian colleagues, depending upon whether you are a Student, a Trainee Lawyer (i.e. someone studying on a vocational course which is required in order to qualify as a lawyer) or someone else.
